How to book

You can book any service on Inscramble without creating an account. Open the service's booking page, choose what you want, and confirm.

Choose a product and time

1. Pick a product. Some products have options you can add.
2. Pick a date, then choose the start and end time from the available slots.
3. Check the summary and agree to the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the service's refund policy. The refund rules for the product you picked are shown here, so read them before you confirm.

Enter your details

Booking as a guest only needs your name and email, entered in the 'Display name' and 'Email' fields. Your booking emails go to this address, so check it for typos.

Some services also ask for a phone number so they can reach you. When the 'Phone' field is shown, it's required.

If you have an Inscramble account, you can sign in instead. Bookings made while signed in are listed under 'My reservations'.

Pay online or in person

The service decides how you pay.

• Pay online: you enter your card details right after confirming. Payment is processed by Stripe. Some services take a deposit online and the rest on site, shown as 'Pay now' and 'Pay on site' in the summary.
• Pay in person: there's no online payment step. You pay on the day of your visit.

After you confirm

You receive an email with a link to your booking. Keep it, because it's how you view or cancel the booking later. See Viewing and cancelling your booking.

The confirmation screen tells you where the booking stands:

• 'Reservation confirmed': the booking is final.
• 'Reservation submitted': the service approves bookings by hand, so yours is pending approval until you're notified. If you paid online, your card is only held, not charged, until the service approves. If the service declines or doesn't respond within 24 hours, the booking is cancelled and the hold is released without a charge. If the booking starts sooner than that, the deadline is 30 minutes before the start time.
• 'Reservation received': you pay in person, and nothing more is needed until your visit.
