Viewing and cancelling your booking

Updated 09/02/2026

Open your booking

Every booking email contains a link to your booking page, which shows the reservation number, product, date and time, and payment details. 'Copy share link' on that page gives you a link to send to someone else. It only lets them view the booking, not cancel it.

If you booked while signed in, 'My reservations' in your account lists all your bookings.

Cancel a booking

As a guest, use the cancel button in the email you received when the booking was received or confirmed. It opens your booking page with the cancellation dialog. The cancel link works until the booking starts. If you see 'This cancellation link is no longer valid', the booking has already started, was already cancelled, or was handled by the service. Contact the service directly.

The shared link and reminder emails can't cancel a booking. Only the original booking email can. If you're signed in, open the booking from 'My reservations' and cancel it there.

Before you confirm, the dialog shows what you'll get back: a full, partial, or no refund, according to the service's refund policy. You can cancel even when no refund is due.

What the cancellation policy means

Each service sets its own refund rules per product, based on how long before the start time you cancel. The same rules were shown when you booked. Bookings cancelled by the service are refunded in full. See Payments and refunds and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Change the date or time

There's no screen for moving a booking. Cancel it and book the new time, or contact the service. The refund policy applies to the cancelled booking.

Get the email again

If you can't find the email, use the 'Check reservations' button at the bottom of the service's embed calendar on its website. Enter the email you used to book and choose 'View reservation' or 'Cancel reservation'. Inscramble sends one email with links for your upcoming bookings with that service. Bookings that have already started aren't included. If you see 'No booking found for this email', check the address. If you booked with an account, the email contains a sign-in link instead.
